Potsdam Scenic Beauty Header
Before heading for Berlin, I asked a couple of friends of mine who have been to the city for advice on what to see and do there. (Tripadvisor is good, but asking around gives you a better idea of what your friends liked, and what you might or might not like.) A good friend of mine who spent 6-weeks in Berlin for summer school told me to check out Potsdam if I was interested in admiring some natural landscapes.

We heeded his advice and Jerald and I decided to go on a day-trip + walking-tour to Potsdam for one of the days whilst we were staying in Berlin. The journey to Potsdam takes about 45 mins by train from the main train station in Berlin. And from the train station at Potsdam we had to take another tram ride to the scenic areas.
